Comedian Todd Rexx Headlines for Metro Comedy

Washington, DC – Metro Comedy Connection is pleased to announce another exciting show featuring funnyman Todd Rexx on Thursday, July 22 at Station 9 in Washington, DC. Started in 2009 by comedian Ed Blaze, Metro Comedy Connection spotlights world-famous and local comedians while bringing people together for good times and laughs. 

Todd Rexx also known as "T Rexx" has the qualities that make him a comedic natural and quickly wins over any room with his over the top look at life and people. He has performed on The Tonight Show, BET's Comic View, and HBO's Def Comedy Jam and has toured with MTV Jams' Bill Bellamy. Todd has also worked with Jerry Seinfeld, George Wallace, Dave Chappelle and many more.

Metro Comedy provides up-and-coming comics with a venue to showcase their skills while also featuring national comedians for a full line-up of laughs, with shows held monthly at Mr. Smith's in Georgetown and Station 9 on U Street. Aspiring comics can also take part in open mic nights held at Mr. Smith's on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month. Currently serving Washington, DC, Metro Comedy has plans to expand into other metropolitan regions of the country.
